Required documents:

  • recognized and/or legalized: higher education diploma (Bachelor, Master or equivalent Diploma) and high school diploma; with sworn translation into Polish
  • admission application printed out from candidate’s individual registration account (from https://irk.uw.edu.pl)
  • Transcript of Records (passed courses and obtained grades) from previous university
  • application for issuing student’s id printed out from candidate’s individual registration account (from https://irk.uw.edu.pl)
  • proof of payment for the student’s ID fee (17 PLN; Bank account no: 56 1160 2202 0000 0000 7648 6236; Title of payment: Your name and locution “Opłata za wydanie legitymacji”)
  • photocopy of the passport (pages with personal details)
  • health certificate (only for persons with the citizenship other than Polish)

Admission rules:

The necessary condition for joining the admission procedure is to have any degree "licencjat", B.A., B.Sc., "magister", M.A., M.Sc., engineer or equivalent degree.

Qualification procedure is based on the interview, conducted in English, which examines the candidate's knowledge in the scope of undergraduate program in one of the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, management science. Recruitment committee can allocate maximum 40 points. The minimum number of credits eligible for admission is 20. All candidates who have obtained more than 20 points are placed in the ranking, according to the decreasing number of points. Limit of places determines the position of the last of the accepted candidates.

Qualification interviews will take place from 11th to 13th September 2017, room B104, Faculty of Management, Szturmowa 1/3 Warsaw.

Admission procedure for candidates with foreign diplomas:

Candidates with diplomas from abroad are qualified on the same basis as candidates with diplomas obtained in Poland. They should register for the path “C” - for foreigners admitted on different terms than Polish citizens. (https://irk.uw.edu.pl/katalog.php?op=info&id=S2-ZS-C&kategoria=&lang=en)
